If participants are divided into multiple teams, the individual group prices are added together. Groups of 20 or more automatically receive a special rate of €21 per person, regardless of how many smaller teams are formed.

We distinguish between single team bookings and group bookings. The respective definitions are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Rescheduling within 7 days of the scheduled date:

A booking can be rescheduled at short notice, provided that we receive the request in writing before the tour begins.

If you are unable to provide an alternative date, single team bookings will be converted into a voucher for the value of the booking. This allows you to book a new date flexibly. The voucher is issued as a gesture of goodwill and is therefore only valid until 31 December of the current calendar year.

For group bookings, a voucher cannot be issued. If no alternative date is available, the booking will be placed on hold and the tour must take place by 31 December of the following year.

Rescheduling more than 7 days before the scheduled date:

Our regular cancellation policy applies. The full amount will either be refunded or issued as a voucher valid for three years.

👉 Important: Bookings can only be rescheduled or cancelled by the person who made and paid for the booking.

You can book online until 24 hours before the tour begins.

If you would like to join at shorter notice, simply email us at booking@we-escape.de and include your billing address.

We will then send you an invoice, which must be paid by bank transfer before the tour begins.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Winter Promotion can be booked and played until 31 March 2025. It applies to all adventures taking place from now until 31 March 2025. Bookings for dates outside the promotional period will be cancelled automatically.

RECOMMENDED GROUP SIZE

The number of participants is unlimited. However, we recommend a maximum group size of 10 people. For the best experience, we recommend 6 to 8 people per group or puzzle backpack.

Only one adventure can be booked at the promotional price per date and time slot. It is not possible to add a second team.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

You can reschedule your booking free of charge due to weather, provided that the new date falls within the promotional period.

If you are unable to complete the tour within the promotional period, the promotional booking value will be issued as a voucher. Depending on the group size, an additional charge may apply when using the voucher to make a new booking. Cancellations and cash refunds are not available.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Winter Promotion does not include a wooden map.

Up to 10 people can start at the same time. However, the recommended group size is 6 to 8 people. If you have a larger group, we recommend splitting into multiple teams that start around 20 minutes apart. This ensures that everyone gets the full experience and maximum puzzle-solving fun. Naturally. All our adventures take place on public paths in the countryside. 2 - 3 hours in the vineyards/forest are fun for every four-legged friend. Just keep them on a leash, as prescribed by the forestry office.

Children up to the age of 13 can take part in the tour free of charge. From the age of 14, young people pay the full price.

In the event of heavy rain, you can change the adventure to another free date at short notice, and of course, free of charge. Simply give us a call or send us an e-mail with the desired date.

Additional persons can be booked at any time at the single person price.

If one or more persons are unable to play, a rebooking fee may be charged.

Depending on the time of the rebooking, the difference will only be paid out as a voucher.

3 years from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged, canceled or paid out in cash.

In the event of a delay, we can unfortunately no longer guarantee the start of the tour so that the following players are not disadvantaged. So please be on time!

Cancellations are possible at any time by e-mail or telephone.

Our cancellation policy:
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the adventure. Up to 2 days before the start of the adventure, 50% of the purchase price will be charged. If you cancel within 2 days before the adventure, we will charge 100% of the purchase price.

You can start with up to 12 people at the same time. If you are a larger group, we recommend splitting into several teams that start at different times. This way, everyone will get their money's worth and have maximum fun. If you are unsure, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

As you are in the middle of nature, there are no opportunities to buy drinks or food during our tours. So bring everything you want on the way with you in advance. Please remember to bring enough water in summer.

Please remember that you will be taking part in an Outdoor Escape. The routes may include unpaved tracks and narrow woodland paths with steep ascents or descents. Trail conditions are heavily influenced by the weather on the day of your adventure and during the preceding days.

Always wear sturdy footwear and clothing suitable for hiking outdoors. You may also want to bring a sun hat or umbrella and use sunscreen or insect repellent.

Our adventure tours take place on public paths in natural outdoor areas. We make every effort to keep the routes as clear and well maintained as possible. To achieve this, we work closely with local authorities, service providers, and landowners.

Please understand that we have no control over their schedules for clearing and maintaining the paths. Depending on the weather, undergrowth can grow quickly, and fallen branches after a storm may narrow or completely block the paths.
